1. The day before, when you put your swimsuit in your bag, spray it on the goggles.
2. After showering, carefully scoop up water, put it in the goggles, shake it, and then discard the water. Never wash it off vigorously in the shower.
3. Carefully wash the area that touches the packing or skin around the eyes once more.
If you use it like this, you can swim with clear lenses for more than 2 hours a day.
