This is my second one. The last one lasted 5-6 years. I replaced the battery at least twice with no problems/leaks. It’s face numbers are big enough to quickly read without slowing down my lap swimming. Don’t use as a watch it’s not that accurate over time.

This is my second pool mate. Counts laps accurately which is what I mainly use it for. The vibration feature for the last lap is very weak compared to my old pool mate. Giving the watch only 3 stars for that reason. Otherwise it functions well.
The swim outlet customer service department is very good. I would highly recomend the swim outlet

This watch is amazing. I swim 6 days a week and love to count but this vibrate function (I'm kinda simple) is a cool confirmation. I set it up for 200 yards and did it alot of times today. 5,000 yards! All backstroke - non-stop.

I love this watch. After reading mixed reviews I was afraid it would not last or count the laps accurately. I've been using it almost daily for 6 months now. The only issues I've found is when I wear it too loose. It also seems to lose track during breast stroke. Other than that, it's a great tool. I was nervous when the battery died, but it was super easy to replace. I made sure to tighten the lid and have had no issues at all. I'm giving it 4 stars only because it is NOT compatible with the swim.com if using a Mac. The company seems to have issues with the software and by the time I contacted them I really didn't get good support to resolve the issue. It's really not a deal breaker for me since I don't mind entering the details manually. I do recommend this watch. Simple and does the job.
