      DON'T SWIM OPEN WATER WITHOUT THIS!

      This swim buoy is my new best friend for open water swims. You don't even know it's there. Should an emergency arise, you can hold onto it and float. Boats will see you as they might not without the buoy. Can't believe I've been swimming for years and didn't know about his product. I highly recommend it.

      doesn't interfere with any stroke

      Happy to discover that this isn't cumbersome and flips easily from front to back when I want to switch to backstroke. A plus is that it holds you up when you stop to clean your lenses.

      Easy to inflate/deflate, sturdy, comfortable to wear, and although not intended for flotation it does give you something to hold onto for a little rest.
