StrechCordz Knee Elastic

this is a smart product to control your knee position when swimming breaststroke. my 8 yr old boy said this band is great for him to practice beaststroke.

I use this alot on my swimmers for breast stroke. Most kids have a wide kick. This product helps them narrow the kick,so they get more power from their kick. I have the swimmers put it just below thier knees. for younger swimmers I put a velcro strap around each leg strap to make it smaller so it stays tight on their legs.great tool to have as a coach.

Ours arrived but the stitching was separated so SO sent us a replacement.It is well made, BUT I wish they made different sizes as it is too wide for younger swimmers to keep there legs together for the BR.We'll keep it for later, but we ended up using the elastic rubber pull (which come in numerous elasticity ranges) and just tying that on his quads.

The swim band was made of high quality elastic fabric. The problem was with the stitching, which was partially gone on one of the leg loops. It would have cost me ad much or more to return this item than I paid for it, so I decided to eat this one. Live and learn.
