Love this product!
I purchased the blue cords and wear them with my short fins. My kick is my weakness and these are really helping strengthen my legs. I haven't tried these with my breaststroke fins yet, but I am looking forward to it.

Feels weird but it does add resistance. Woud be better if designed already together. Would be nicer if more tension can be placed
