Start at inner shoulder, come down the front of the torso and go between the legs. Continue up the back to the start of the tape on the shoulder.

This top is tight and great for training. They don’t come off but they also don’t have any forgiveness size-wise. I usually wear an XS in everything but got a Small in this top. They fit great! I have about a 28 inch under bust and 32 inch bust line.

Love this small, but cute Strap Bikini Top!
It seems to run a bit small...I am "petite", with strong upper body from strength training, climbing, swimming, (5'2, 104lbs)...Usually am a XS in most tops, bought a Small in this. Even the Small is snug- challenging to get off (yikes)! Can't believe i could wear a Medium..might have to try it.
