Start at inner shoulder, come down the front of the torso and go between the legs. Continue up the back to the start of the tape on the shoulder.

Great tummy control. It comes up mid waist. So I can wear with my bikini top to still have a little skin showing. Also feel comfortable running around with my kids for my legs. Can wear in the water and out!
