I've owned many caps, but this brand is my fav. I struggle to put on my own caps, but this one is easy and doesn't pull my hair at all! The only down side is that water really get underneath it if your diving and turning, but this doesn't normally bother me. If you are one to care about that, I say just double cap with a standard cap and you'd be good. My last sports cap I had for 2 years and was so durable! Granted I really only swim like once/week but still, I want reliable gear.

Since I've a member (approximately 4-5 years), I've always had excellent customer service. Even when there might've a concern about an item or just questions on swimming and gear. I tur 70 years in 3/2025, and my health has improved since I got active again through swimming and Swim Outlet has been an excellent resource.
