Measure around the smallest part of the waist.
Measure around the widest point of your hips and buttocks.
Start at inner shoulder, come down the front of the torso and go between the legs. Continue up the back to the start of the tape on the shoulder.

Wow! Usually, everything I buy like swimsuits or underwear, compression shorts, etc. the waist goes up too high and bunches up or the waist band rolls down and must be constantly fixed. These are a rare find! I may just use them as underwear! I intended my first pair, the royal blue ones, to replace my old speedo squarelegs, which had the problems above. Thanks Sporti! These are AWESOME! BTW, I’m narrow framed but muscular.
