      Helps me with my form

      I didn’t think these would help improve form, but increase speed. Boy was I wrong. My instructor has me use just the finger loop. If I am not finishing/completing my stroke then I will lose the paddle completely or slow way down. It’s helped me be more mindful of how I’m doing as a whole. I can easily tell when I’m correct form and not. I also have very small hands for a female and thought I should return for a Small, but the medium works well and my instructor said they’re a decent fit

      Exceptional training benefits

      I’ve ordered all three sizes and use the various sizes to add variety to my breast stroke workouts, which is my primary stroke. I typically swim 1/2 to mile swims with 30 minutes of treading. The small size paddle give the least resistance but I use them strictly under water, the medium with fins and the large for just breaststroking.
