      Get your serious arm workout in, Swimmers!

      These paddles took my swim training to the next level. I can feel my forearms improving after even just a couple weeks with these. Also improves catch by revealing the mechanics of your particular stroke. I have small hands but went with the medium, and they work well for me. Very comfortable. Great product!

      Work great!

      The mechanism to tighten and loosen the straps is simple and holds well! I feel more muscle recruitment when I use them, so hopefully that means I’ll get stronger with my pull as I use them more.
