Measure around the widest point of your hips and buttocks.
Start at inner shoulder, come down the front of the torso and go between the legs. Continue up the back to the start of the tape on the shoulder.

Fits great During summer in pool twice a day 5 days a week. Once in early morning for exercise and then afternoon for leisure swim time with friends. This suit lasted the entire summer mid May until mid October.
