Measure around the widest point of your hips and buttocks.
Start at inner shoulder, come down the front of the torso and go between the legs. Continue up the back to the start of the tape on the shoulder.

This suit is very comfortable, stretchy and supportive. It's fully lined which is nice and the shelf bra works well. The soft cups can be removed (once you find the hidden opening) if you prefer a less structured look or they don't fit right. Works great for all water exercise.

Good fit all around. I am size 20 but need to wear a 22 in these sportif suits. Comfortable but they need to do something different in the bra area. Pads in the bra are not sewed in and bunch up ALL the time. Had to take them out of all 5 suits I bought. This is a real design flaw and the only reason for the 1 star reduction. Does not fade in chlorine and holds it shape for a long time!
