Measure around the widest point of your hips and buttocks.
Start at inner shoulder, come down the front of the torso and go between the legs. Continue up the back to the start of the tape on the shoulder.

What a fun and cute suit! I've never worn this brand before but, wow, the price was right to take it for a swim. I read the other reviews and agree that it's true to size. I ordered a 36 and it fits great. The suit is lined, however, there is no built-in bra. The shell is made with 82% recycled polyester and 18% spandex. The lining is 100% polyester. I think it'll last a season because I'm pretty good at rotating the suits I wear. I also ordered a companion Parisian print suit from Sporti in pink.
