Measure around the smallest part of the waist.
Measure around the widest point of your hips and buttocks.
Start at inner shoulder, come down the front of the torso and go between the legs. Continue up the back to the start of the tape on the shoulder.

This is the second Sporti Molecule Thin Strap that I've purchased. The sale price is fantastic and the main reason that I bought a second suit is that it is extremely comfortable!! Same size as all my other suits (Speedo, Tyr, etc) but just feels less restrictive.
