Start at inner shoulder, come down the front of the torso and go between the legs. Continue up the back to the start of the tape on the shoulder.

While I haven't had an opportunity to try this cap out yet, it looks like it will be a good fit. I purchased it mainly to protect my hair and to be able to swim underwater again. Unfortunately, I recently cut my left index finger deeply and must wait for it to heal first before attempting to pull on this swim cap. However, this product was delivered swiftly, which I appreciated very much!

I really think the two-tone opaque looking artwork is nice and the cap fits well. My hair is slightly longer than shoulder length. I took these photos at home, therefore they aren't as good as usual. I wanted to get the Manta Ray suit to match the overall ocean scene but wanted to lose a bit of weight first as my other suits still fit well.

Sporti swim caps are my favorite because they don’t stick to my hair, don’t ride up and start sliding off my head, and are a comfortable mid-weight thickness. The jellyfish pattern is fun, with subtle color variations in the background.
