Measure around the fullest part of your chest.

Hold the end of the tape at your belly button and wrap around your waist to the front.
Measure around the widest point of your hips and buttocks.
Start at inner shoulder, come down the front of the torso and go between the legs. Continue up the back to the start of the tape on the shoulder.

These fit my 7 year old, 50”, 55-ish lb kid pretty well. He’s athletic and slim, but not skinny - pants are always too big in the waist and too short for him. These Jammers fit good in the thigh for him, and are maybe a tiny bit loose in the hips/butt/front - not majorly so, just aren’t like a perfect second skin.
