Start at inner shoulder, come down the front of the torso and go between the legs. Continue up the back to the start of the tape on the shoulder.

I love this rash guard! It runs true to your swim size. I normally wear a size 34 M/L in compression swimsuits so I ordered a size Medium and it fits perfectly! It’s not skin tight but also not shaped like a box. For reference I’m 124 lbs, 5’5, 32DD. The fabric is a nice thick dry fit material, feels like good quality.
