Measure around the widest point of your hips and buttocks.
Start at inner shoulder, come down the front of the torso and go between the legs. Continue up the back to the start of the tape on the shoulder.

We ordered these for all of the girls at our facility. The order arrived right before opening day, so most of the girls hadn't tried them on beforehand. When the girls came out to get ready for the patrons to come into the pool, I was surprised with the fit of the tops. They were WAY too small for every single lifeguard. Without any alternatives, we allowed the girls to keep wearing them, but many of the girls had embarrassing bulges and minimal breast coverage. Most of our lifeguards are 15-17 years old.
