Start at inner shoulder, come down the front of the torso and go between the legs. Continue up the back to the start of the tape on the shoulder.

This suit is very comfortable and in loved the colors and design. When I rinse it, it also dries very quickly.
The legs are high cut, but not too high, my butt stayed covered even while I was very active teaching an exercise class in the pool.
