Start at inner shoulder, come down the front of the torso and go between the legs. Continue up the back to the start of the tape on the shoulder.

I’ve worn this suit for lap swim. The double layer doesn’t separate while swimming, which is nice compared to my old suit.

The thinner straps and open back allow me to move more freely in the water than my last suit, but it also has enough coverage where I want it (no side boob or rear hanging out). I am 5' 10", 168 lbs, ordered size 38 and this fit well.
