Measure around the smallest part of the waist.
Measure around the widest point of your hips and buttocks.
Start at inner shoulder, come down the front of the torso and go between the legs. Continue up the back to the start of the tape on the shoulder.

I love the different colors, but I still need to write the sizes on top, so kids know which ones may fit. I had bought a pair of Speedo fins that tore on the blade after not much use. Happy to say my Spirit ones seem more durable.
