Start at inner shoulder, come down the front of the torso and go between the legs. Continue up the back to the start of the tape on the shoulder.

These are great ear plugs.
I didn't want the moldable kind and these are a great alternative
I keep the string in front while lap swimming.
Plastic carrying case is great too!

I really like these because I don't feel nervous about them falling to the bottom of the pool. They fit pretty good and keep water out of my ears. You never know what everyone is leaving in the pool which gathers in your brain. In addition, great price and the Paris collection bathing cap is nice too. It didn't fall of my head and holds my hair. I love the roses & postage stamp. Everyone loves the pumpkin bathing cap too. The purple bathing suit is starting to loosen up a bit which makes me feel great too.
