Measure around the smallest part of the waist.
Measure around the widest point of your hips and buttocks.
Start at inner shoulder, come down the front of the torso and go between the legs. Continue up the back to the start of the tape on the shoulder.

Better swim today without so much water in my head. I noticed afterwards that there's a small hole on each for a safety strap in case they come loose, but they stayed in pretty good. First time wearing earplugs.
