Measure around the fullest part of your chest.
*For women, this measurement is NOT the same as your bra band size.
Hold the end of the tape at your belly button and wrap around your waist to the front.
Measure around the widest point of your hips and buttocks.
Start at inner shoulder, come down the front of the torso and go between the legs. Continue up the back to the start of the tape on the shoulder.

It was a little small coming out of the package but it was actually really good! I would recommend anyone who swims to try this one out and the fact that it's blue makes it worth it for training uniform for teams too! I wish there was a more red version one or cyan one though!
