Measure around the smallest part of the waist.
Measure around the widest point of your hips and buttocks.
Start at inner shoulder, come down the front of the torso and go between the legs. Continue up the back to the start of the tape on the shoulder.

Well-made, solid seams, wide elastic underneath and stays in place without rolling. The material is holding up well after a few months of use so far. I'm on the larger side of average size and it provides enough support but it does not have extra seams for extra stability for those who need it For me it's perfect for hot weather and gardening, no seams to chafe, material is comfortable and cooling when wet, and looks good under tops I splash with water to stay cool
