Measure around the smallest part of the waist.
Measure around the widest point of your hips and buttocks.
Start at inner shoulder, come down the front of the torso and go between the legs. Continue up the back to the start of the tape on the shoulder.

Well made, it washes well and is very flattering.
I do say that it runs small as my tops are normally medium sometimes, rarely a large. But since I wanted it to be good in the chest area, I sized up and it actually fit well. So def size up.
