Customers say these weights offer versatility for water and regular workouts. Many reviews mention using them for pool exercises and water aerobics. The fit experiences vary significantly - while some find them easy to adjust and comfortable, others note the weights can be stiff and challenging to wrap around wrists. Common feedback includes appreciation for the resistance level during exercises. The Velcro closure receives mixed comments, with some noting it's too long or doesn't stay secure.
