First timer
I’m 72 and a swimmer but have never used a cap before. I just got back into the pool after a loooong time and my pool pal suggested a cap. It went on easily after I got my hair wet (It was suggested to wet my hair with fresh water so the chlorine can’t be absorbed as easily) I didn’t really notice I had a cap on.

Good quality
This cap is thicker than my other silicone caps, even other Speedo caps I have. So it kerps my head warmer and hopefully will last years with good care.
