My son is size 30 in practice suit. We got size 30 and it was too big. Size 28 fitted well . Its a good suit but those that never wore this type of suit need time to get used to it. Other than that , its a great suit. But didn't help dropping time, probably it was first time my son wearing speedo type suit.

My brother and I purchased a tech suit for our upcoming race, but didn't want to go super big for our first one. I got a 26 and he got a 28, and mine fits great. Compressive, but comfortable. I suggest sizing down, because my waist is a 30 and I wear 26 speedos. Anyways, as brief swimmers, we also didn't want to go jammers quite yet (they're also like 150+ for quality), and all of the current tech speedos are import or not avaliable on SwimOutlet. Thanks to the new release from speedo, we can save our money, while dominating in the pool and feeling comfortable all at the same time! Would recommend to anyone who doesn't want to spend a bunch but get a quality swim brief tech suit.
