I use these as and the elite max, these are more of a chill fin, lighter than the elite max, but a nice workout. I like them for longer swims where I am not pushing myself but still want the benefit from fins. They are soft silicone and feel like slippers they do not cause blisters or chafing. Sizing is crazy wonky and the measurements are not correct on the site so I had to buy and return a few pair to get the correct fit. I wear a women's 11 or Euro 41-42, I ordered the M/L (medium/Large) they fit perfectly. Great fin, so happy to have them in my routine.

I've been looking for workout fins that are flexible, have a full foot cup and back, not too long/short and lightweight. These are what I was looking for.

Very soft and comfortable. They are a bit larger than zoomers. Good for kicking and speed drills.
