      Comfortable and Efficient

      These fins are perfect for my training. They are comfortable to wear for long training sessions. This was a very good purchase and I have zero regrets. I will add that I measured my foot and ordered the size my measurement prescribed. However, when I got them they were too tight because I have very a high instep. I sent them back and reordered one size up. Perfection!

      Great training fins

      Great training fins. I primarily use for stroke drills and for strengthening my legs in kicking drills. Adds power and speed without affecting my stroke. Great replacement for my zoomers to add more resistance to my kicking sets. Use the guide to measuring your foot for correct size subtracting the 3mm from the total for where the strap fits on the heel. I wear a 10 1/2 wide and the large was too big. M/L fits nice and snug but not cramped.
