I had some difficulty inflating the four air chambers because the interior flap on the inflation valves seems to stick. This was solved by vigorously pinching the valves in various orientations until I found one that works. All four valves had this issue. The chair is extremely comfortable in the water and the adjusting straps accommodate a wide range of sizes and some changes in position. It is holding up well so far.
