Swim cap was large enough to fit all my hair and not damage or pull it. I was worried medium would not be big enough but it definitely had enough space for my hair. Very comfortable and had a good seal to keep water out. I was able to cover my ears and did not need to readjust during my swim, a game changer swim cap!

Just because we have long hair doesn’t mean we have extra sized head circumferences. Cap fits my long hair, but, it lets water flow in freely around my head- the cap end is way too large- why?!
