      Awesome mat!!

Manduka is always a great brand to buy from. The quality is great and what makes it great is the grip on the mat. You can sweat and sweat and you don't slip.

      Best mat

Grippy, textured, lightweight mat. Perfect for my yoga flows and core workouts as well.

      Overall really good

The mat definitely feels sturdier than many other yoga mats I’ve been on. My hands do sweat, which leads me to slip a little sometimes. If you need lots of grip I might suggest getting another mat, but this is a good standard one.
