These pants would be perfect for any skinny girl who has no butt. They truly don't even begin to cover my entire backside but fit wonderfully through the leg. Cant imagine why low cut would be a good idea for water sports. More annoying though was Swim Outlets "Fast and Easy Returns" and link to Happy Returns which doesn't work for all items, but doesn't let you know why it just keeps not working. I sent an email that was not replied to, but eventually spoke to someone on the phone. Apparently, neoprene is too "fragile" for that return method. ??
