Must needed pool workout
I love to swim in the privacy of my home. I can't feel this belt around me when I am swimming. I don't have to stop and make sure I am in my lane, I just swim . My favorite is the backstroke and this is perfect!

Amazing product
This is a great little item if you just want to swim for a while for light exercise or stretching. I’m 5-4 and 130 and I attach it to a 35# kettle bell.
