      Helpful for other sport swing training

      This device allows water resistance to put your swing into slow motion which, to me, allows for terrific feedback on "feeling" the swing motion. Hopefully, this will translate into a more repeatable swing motion with actual clubs, racquet and bat

      My PT is having me use this as a part of the pool PT I am doing with him. I bought one for my own use at my gym pool. Important to have the right tool for the job!
