      Great monofin!

      It took me 3 times to finally find a good, don't squeeze my feet mono fin, and the Trainer 1 is it. I started with the XL Foil, too tight, then I tried the XL Wave , again way to tight. I now have the Trainer 1 in XXL. Feels good on feet. I will get some swim socks to soften the edges but over all this in the perfect fin for my training purposes. I love it!

      Good complimentary workout

      Very good workout, i'm a triathlete, and i use the fin to do 200 - 300 meters of underwater kick in every session. I'm learning to be more flexible on that kind of kick. Also it's helping me to manage my oxygen underwater.

      Nice Fin

      So far I have only used the product once, and i had a great time with it, definitely pay attention to the sizing as others have said, it ran a lil' small. I had a pretty sizable chunk of skin taken from my big toe, wet skin and grippy rubber don't mix well; pretty sure it happened when I was putting on and taking off. Ordered some 1.5 mm neoprene socks to see about reducing the friction. The fin itself worked GREAT, it has an interesting flex point that "lets you know" when your form is incorrect. Really helped me isolate the weak points in my kick and make some very helpful adjustments to my fly kick. Only reason i gave a 4 is because of the skin loss, but hey, it's a learning curve.

      Size runs small

      The fin is really too small and it tore my feet up( using booties) to the point of being unuseable

      Big!

      This thang is bigger than it looks. It will not fit in your swim bag. But if you want to be like Phelps and get a mean dolphin kick, it's worth it. By the way, Phelps, JUST SAY NO!!! Hugs not drugs.
