      Great for improving on rotation

      The feedback is audible in water. It helps me to rotate property in freestyle. It's fairly comfortable to wear.

      Helps with hip rotation

      My coach recommended this. I am getting back to swimming after a hip repair surgery and don't always get the proper rotation. This provides instant feedback to let me know if I am rotating properly.

      I really like this teaching tool to help my swimmers learn fly and better free and back hip rotation. I wish there was a smaller model for younger children because they are the ones that really need to feel the importance of the hips

      Fun tool to use with our swimmers

      We use stations once a week during summer training for our Age Group swimmers. Bought this for a fun way to work on important skill of rotation. They loved it.
