      Great paddles for the purpose of isolation

      At this point I’ve swim with them half a dozen times, I swim slowly so to really be able to focus on where my hand is at in the water. They really do work the muscles that they say they will work!Getting up my courage to try them with butterfly with both arms!I’m really working on the breaststroke pull and these REALLY isolate and show me where I need improvement!! My freestyle and backstroke underwater pool is pretty dialed, so this point it’s zeros in on technique and I can even work some strength work. Really happy with them and glad I purchased them!I swim 3500 to 4000 yards three times per week. Not competing at this time in masters, but thinking about doing so in a few months

      Swim Paddles

      My water fitness instructor suggested I get these paddles for arm strength. I am having good results as I swim my lengths and laps. Pleased with purchase.

      ISO Paddles

      I originally bought the medium size (my hand size is a 7) and the ISO paddles were too big. Luckily, the lifeguard said he would buy them from me. I turned around and bought the small size and they are perfect. I can see where my stroke needs improvement.

      I like them

      I don't use big paddles because I hurt my shoulder. These are small, not much bigger than my hands. It took a few laps to get used to gripping them as they have no straps, but I definitely changed my left hand position using them. I haven't tried reversing them yet .
