A fellow swimmer recommended these, I had been using a pair of Speedo fins - these are quite a bit lighter, stiff enough to move you along but a bit smaller than the Speedo's so not as tiring. The area for your foot is soft so no toe irritation! Glad I switched.

I ordered the 9.5 - 10.5 M size and they fit my 9.5 feet very well. Just loose enough to get on and off easily, as you would expect. They are stiff enough to give you effective propulsion but flexible enough to avoid wear and tear on your ankles. Cressi certainly makes quality products.

The fit is comfortable and lightweight. I enjoy wearing them during my workout.
