It is light and slips over my finger like a ring when not used; slip off for upside down stunts and it is tight and secure on my nose. Also less bulky for performing…even if your nose looks kind of funny…than the fully covered latex ones, which are useful for practice or goofing around.

Since I can't lift my head out of the water doing the breastroke, I needed a better noseclip than the plastic one I had. These are better than other options out there, so I also ordered a back up. I swim for about 35 minutes, and do the breastroke for about half of my swim.
