      Great fit

      The fins work the back of my thighs. Fins are good for the flutter kick. Fins are not too good for the butterfly kick.l

      Great propulsion for sprint workouts

      I bought these to replace my older Arena Powerfins after one of them tore during a workout. They are just as comfortable as the original Powerfins, and the gold color looks great. I use them for sprint sets, and they give nice, immediate propulsion. They're also not too bad off the wall during flip turns, compared to other fins I've used.
