Arena Men's Powerskin Carbon Ultra Jammer Tech Suit Swimsuit

I ordered both 26 and 28. I used my hip size (measured over the hip bone and my tan line from wearing brief outdoors). While I was able to fit into both, the 26 had a much better fit around thighs and buttock so I sent back 28 (good return policy). Performance was most noticeable coming off walls and in dive. In breaststroke, my pullout was much farther than everyone in my heat. For all strokes, coming off the wall i felt greater speed. The suit was relatively comfortable for wearing during several events, approximately 4 hours/day, and throughout a 4-day meet. The suit is flexible enough for breaststroke but it appears to me that it is great for all strokes. I strongly recommend but it is important to get the best fit, thus I recommend using hip measurement as the deciding factor.
