Arena Flex Swim Paddles

I like them first time buying something like this

Regular paddles usually cause me shoulder pain, so I got these mesh ones - and they feel significantly better. Unfortunately, they cannot be adjusted at all, and the wrist strap is massive, so you are only connected to them through the one-finger hole, which makes them feel super insecure and uncomfortable.

The loops that hold it onto your hand aren't adjustable. I have to arch my fingers and my wrist into an uncomfortable position to keep it close to my hand when my arm is out of the water
