Fun!
Really like these. Only used them for one workout so far. I am actually trying to strengthen my hands since I have hand arthritis. These give a good arm workout for all strokes. Definitely could feel it in my forearms & palm. Time will tell about improved hand strength. Felt good on my shoulders. Definitely helps with proper hand entry.
