The silicone swim cap is robust and thick with make it easy to put on and its comfortable. Swimcaps wear out and eventually rip apart from the constant stretching and, I suspect constant exposure to the chorine or saltwater pools. However the ARENA caps last me the longest of any brand that I've tried (similar caps and thickness).
Arena products are great in general. I've found their goggles and swimwear to fit to be amazing.!

I am wearing the dark blue one and swimming laps for 50 minutes twice a week. It fits very well. Has to stretch a little so it stays over my ears. Very comfortable,
