      I've never used a defogger until now it does what it says it does. I will not go without it

      Very good anti-fog

      I bought both anti-fog remedies (Arena and Quick Spit) to compare the results. I am leaning toward the Arena as it works well for anti-fog and there is no need to rub it around or rinse after application. It's more of a use and go than the rub and rinse of the Quick Spit. they both do a good job of keeping the fog at bay, usually not needing to reapply until after 4-5x days of hour long swimming.
