      Perfect

      This band is stout! Very thick and just stretchy enough to slip on easily over both feet, but still nice and supportive. Allows you to focus on body position and core stability even when doing low pull drills. Finally I don't have to struggle just to keep the pull buoy between my ankles!

      Stop swimming like a snake

      The arena ankle band helps me to stop swimming like a snake weaving all over the pool. It’s difficult and I swim slower but it’s good for me.
